Renew my membership

You can renew your Insurance and PDA membership in two ways:
1) By post
2) On-line

By Post

You can wait for your renewal notice which will be sent automatically by post. If you choose this method take no further action now. You will receive the application form 2-3 weeks before you are due to renew. When it arrives simply fill it in and return it to us enclosing a cheque for the required amount.

Online

You can use our new convenient facility for re-newing on-line by credit card. The advantage of this method is that we will confirm your payment has been accepted almost immediately by e-mail, and you can be confident in the knowledge that your payment has been received and processed.*

Note : The renewal process is easier to complete if you know your username and password. Leave them blank if you don't.

*The exception to this will be applicants who have either:

  • Answered yes to any question posed in the legal declaration. in which case you will receive confirmation in five days following consultation with our underwriters.

  • Requested changes to a Specialist Pharmacist or Business Consultant policy, in which case your insurance will be dependent upon you providing the PDA with supporting information within fourteen days.
