Medical malpractice cover for any of the activities undertaken by a Pre-reg trainee whether the training is being undertaken in a hospital or a community pharmacy. The activities will need to be undertaken in the normal course of employment (i.e. as an employee). The activity being undertaken will need to be one that would be deemed to be an acceptable one by the Law and Ethics Committee of the RPSGB.
