The PDA have teamed up with American online learning experts LearnSomething Inc to provide our members with access to MethGuard UK.

MethGuard™ is an online training program designed to help educate and train pharmacists about the potential abuse of products containing pseudoephedrine, ephedrine, or phenylpropanolamine and ways in which to combat these problems.

Methguard UK is an awareness programme for UK pharmacy teams that builds on the strengths of the US MethGuard and Canadian MethWatch programmes and incorporates the insights gained from working with regulators and pharmacy associations in these countries, whilst taking into account the differences in the UK regulatory and practice environment.

Access to the programme is only £5.00 to PDA members and once purchased is available for up to a year.
