Contract for Locum Services

This publication is a draft agreement that provides a locum with a balanced proposed contract to enter into negotiations with an employer.

Tue 18th October 2016 The PDA

It is advisable, to limit any doubt or ambiguity between two parties, that Locums have a written contract for services when agreeing an assignment, either for a specific period of time, or on an ongoing basis. This publication is a draft agreement that provides a locum with a balanced proposed contract to enter into negotiations with the employer. The absence of such an agreement or the exclusive imposition of the employers’ terms may put the locum at a disadvantage.
