The webinar will explore who may be eligible for reasonable adjustments, the types of adjustments available, evidence requirements, key deadlines, and practical tips for preparing an application. As a foundation trainee, you need to be aware of the reasonable adjustments process.
Attendees will also hear from members of the PDA Ability Network, who will share experiences and discuss the support that is available during the process. There will be plenty of opportunities for questions and discussion, helping Foundation Trainees make informed decisions about accessing the support that is available to them.
Attendees will learn to:
- Understand the purpose of reasonable adjustments within the GPhC Common Registration Assessment.
- Recognise circumstances in which reasonable adjustments may be appropriate.
- Identify common types of reasonable adjustments.
- Understand the evidence and documentation required to support an application.
- Navigate the application process and key deadlines with greater confidence.
- Identify the support available through the PDA, the PDA Ability Network and Pharmacist Support.
