They were so quick to act on the updates from the regulator. Personally, they helped clarify all the guidance on working as a provisional registrant and the PDA Charter for Provisional Registration clearly set out the PDA position and what we should expect. They supported me and my colleagues which allowed us to work on the bank. Thank you.
