Earlier this month, the PDA BAME Pharmacists’ Network celebrated Black History Month 2021 with an online event titled 'No more tick boxes'. The event featured the author, Roger Kline, Research Fellow at Middlesex University and former NHS Equality Director.

NAWP produces breast cancer awareness factsheet

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month where people all over the world show their support for everyone affected by breast cancer. This month, NAWP has produced an information factsheet to help raise awareness of breast cancer and highlight the signs and symptoms of breast cancer in women, men and transgender women.

PDA LGBT+ Network writes to GPhC and PhSC on more inclusion of LGBT+ education in the MPharm programme

The PDA LGBT+ Pharmacists' Network Committee were elected in June earlier this year and quickly reached a consensus: the MPharm degree content needs to be reviewed to improve LGBT+ inclusivity.
