This free event will encourage attendees to tackle stress and explain how to collectively address the wider issues that cause it.

The session will outline Health and Safety legislation and employers’ responsibilities regarding mental health. It will also provide members with the tools and confidence needed to tackle stress at different levels and call on their employer to meet their Health and Safety obligations if they aren’t already.
Attendees will also hear some practical tips to improve individual wellbeing.
