Joint Statement from Boots and the PDA Union on pay negotiations

Boots and the PDA Union met on 10 August 2023 in Birmingham to commence this year’s pay negotiations.

Productive discussions were had at this initial meeting with both parties recognising the importance of fostering open and constructive dialogue.

Having taken on board the points raised at the initial meeting, Boots and the PDA Union will continue to work through the feedback that was provided and the options that flow from this.

It is anticipated that the parties will meet next month to continue the negotiations.
