Putting our learning into your practice

Following many requests from primary care and GP Practice based pharmacists, the PDA, working in partnership with MORPh a specialist primary care pharmacy training provider has successfully launched a series of training events which have been designed to support practitioners in these specific areas and which are now being delivered across the whole of the UK.

Entitled ‘Putting our learning into your practice’ the PDA has worked with our specialist training provider partner MORPh to develop specific training events where the lessons from the claims, incidents and queries arising from Primary Care and GP Practice based work of the few can be turned into the learning experiences of the many. In this way we hope to make primary care pharmacy practice safer for patients whilst simultaneously helping pharmacists to avoid problems and the unwelcome consequences for themselves from untoward incidents.

Whilst MORPh will be delivering these risk management events, they are also delivering a wide range of training and support programmes which has been specifically designed for pharmacists working in this new and exciting area of practice.
