On day two of CPC, Mark Koziol, PDA Chairman, led a state backed indemnity session entitled ‘Let’s talk about Indemnity, what do you really need to know?’. In this session, Mark outlined the key requirements you need from your indemnity provider and the benefits of support and indemnity from a membership defence association such as the PDA.
