Before you vote we’d encourage you to find out what issues the candidates will address if elected and what are their key policies. From PDA’s perspective we want to see competent people that will help take the society forward in a way that best represents pharmacists.
We have a different role to the society, so we understand that we won’t always prioritise the same activities, but there are plenty of areas where the professional body and the trade union should be standing together for pharmacists and standing up for pharmacy. We’ve come to realise that is only going to happen with the right leadership at the society.
We’ve made clear four key issues, that we think the candidates should commit to deliver on (see: https://www.the-pda.org/rps_elections_2018/) and we’re pleased to let you know the following candidates have told us they will proactively work to support these positions.
