During the episode, Jyoti is seen discussing with a patient stopping a repeat prescription they no longer need. This will save the NHS money. Jyoti then proceeds to explain that the NHS is under pressure and how patients can help by not getting unnecessary repeat prescriptions which add pointless charges to the NHS.
