This course will explore how to build and maintain these crucial relationships, by discussing areas such as:
- What good working relationships look like.
- Understanding communication skills better.
- Dealing with tricky behaviour.
- Analysing strategies that build trust and good communications.
There will also be opportunities to practise critical reflection and build a portfolio that can be used as part of members’ professional development.

Please check your junk mail. once you have followed the instructions then you should be able to log into Canvas, our education hub and see the course on your Dashboard, but you will not be able to access the course content until 26th March 2024 when the course opens.
