Developing effective teamwork

Knowing how to work effectively as a team member helps individuals behave more confidently. It will also help members deal with tricky situations more effectively, leaving them feeling comfortable with the outcome. The GPhC and PSNI standards both state that for patients to receive effective care, pharmacy professionals must demonstrate effective team working that includes the ability to communicate well and work collaboratively with colleagues.
