This is a free course for all PDA members.
It is a self directed online course that will help you to:
- better understand mental health conditions
- learn how to recognise work related stress
- understand how together, we can improve mental health in the workplace.
The course will allow you to feel more confident at work and understand how you can support yourself and others.
Once you have clicked the ‘Enroll Today’ button, you should receive an email from Instructure.com within 24 hours. Please check your junk mail. once you have followed the instructions then you should be able to log into Canvas, our Education Hub and see the course on your Dashboard, but you will not be able to access the course content until 14th March 2023 when the course opens.
