Following introductory remarks from Victoria Steele, there were presentations followed, by questions and answers, on the following topics:

  • Update on the sale to Aurelias
  • Flu and Online Booking Portal update from Anna Ruthven
  • LS Deployment
  • People updates – Retention & Recruitment
  • Optime
  • Health & Safety
  • Training

There was also a discussion around working together to share information between the PDAU and Lloyds Pharmacy more effectively. We will continue to work on building the relationship between us and improving communication all the time.

Under the recognition agreement between Lloyds Pharmacy and the PDA Union the PJCC will meet quarterly and is the forum at which the Company will formally inform and consult with the PDA Union about material, non-negotiated, changes to matters impacting the bargaining unit. Health & Safety and Training will be standing items on each agenda, with other items raised by either side as appropriate.
