At the outset of the hearing, the respondent acknowledged that the figures set out in the response form were incorrect and were likely to have caused considerable confusion to the claimant.
Having been able to consider the figures in the witness statement provided by the respondent, the claimant was satisfied that she had been fully paid.
The claim was therefore adjourned.
