Nevison Pharmacy LTD: Unauthorised deduction of wages

Claims of unauthorised deduction of wages succeeded and the respondent was ordered to pay the claimant a sum.

The judgment found that the respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and was ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £730.69. The claimant was also dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and so the respondent was ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £197.04.

The respondent failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and so was also ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £267.35.
