Northern Ireland Pharmacy Conference 2023

Mark Koziol, the chairman of the Pharmacist’s Defence Association and Secretary General of EPhEU will be speaking at a conference in Belfast in May. The PDA encourage pharmacists to attend.

Registration is now open for the 2023 Northern Ireland Pharmacy Conference on Wednesday 31 May at ICC Belfast. The event is free-to-attend, boasting a number of the region’s most esteemed pharmacy representatives, and hosted by BBC Northern Ireland’s Health Correspondent, Marie-Louise Connolly.

The list of speakers include:

  • Cathy Harrison, Chief Pharmaceutical Officer for Northern Ireland
  • Michaela McAleer, Chief Executive at Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland
  • Mark Koziol, Chairman, The Pharmacist’s Defence Association/Secretary General, EPhEU
  • Gerard Greene, Chief Executive of Community Pharmacy NI
  • Colin McCoy, Head of School of Pharmacy, Queen’s University Belfast
  • Canice Ward, Head of the Medicines Regulatory Group, Department of Health NI
  • Eamon O’Donnell, Clinical Pharmacist, Chair Pharmacy Forum NI
