PDA members that wish to contribute to this worldwide study are invited to complete the survey.
The FIP Community Pharmacy Section (CPS) is conducting a global survey on workforce sustainability and supporting positive practice in community pharmacy. This survey is in collaboration with the University of Newcastle, Australia. As a member of FIP, the PDA is inviting all community pharmacists to participate. Pharmacists that are not working in community pharmacy are also asked to share this invitation with their community pharmacy colleagues.
The findings of this survey will shape informed recommendations for potential policies and strategies to improve the professional well-being of pharmacists at a global level. Additionally, the FIP CPS will curate a global repository for this data to enable community pharmacists to share and learn from the continuing professional development of others in the area of positive practice.
Please note, the survey closes on 31 August 2023.
The survey consists of multiple sections related to professional practice, workplace pressures, mental health, and well-being, and is expected to take 10-15 minutes to complete. All responses will remain confidential.
FIP thanks participants in advance. Together, FIP members can create a more sustainable and supportive environment for pharmacists worldwide. For any questions on the survey, please contact FIP here.
