With climate change issues high on the government agendas, the PDA is eager to play its part in supporting the carbon footprint.
The Eco-friendly cards are made of degradable materials which contribute to helping to save the planet by leaving no damaging toxins behind.
The Eco-friendly symbol at the back of the card lets PDA members know that the card is 100% degradable if left in a moist and non-sterile environment over time. It also does not need to be disposed of in a landfill site.
The PDA also uses recyclable envelopes and paper where possible.
Paul Day, Director of the PDA said: “Every individual, household and organisation can consider what consequences there are for the environment from how they live or operate. As the PDA continues to grow, we are determined that the impact we have will be positive and aim to continuously improve how we achieve that goal.”
The PDA cares about its members’ opinions, comments, and beliefs, and is always looking for ways to help save the environment. If members have any suggestions on how the PDA can further their efforts, please email your comments to [email protected].
