The PDA have produced some general guidance for pharmacists at Lloyds who have concerns about the company’s current proposals to close or sell branches, make redundancies and amend contracts. While each pharmacist with a case should have tailored support based on their individual circumstances, the general guidance should help highlight pharmacists’ rights at work during the company’s action.
The 9-page document explains some of the key aspects of redundancy and contractual change, including the consequences for those who have been transferred from another employer such as those who previously worked for Sainsbury’s pharmacy until that became part of Lloyds. View the document below.
If you are a pharmacist who needs further information or assistance and you are a PDA member, you should call us on 0121 694 7000 or send an email to enquiries@the-pda.org.
