PDA Union – 2024 AGM calling notice

PDA Union Calling Notice and Agenda for the 2024 Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the PDA Union Annual General Meeting will be held at 2 pm on Thursday 27 June 2024 at the Institution of Engineering and Technology, Birmingham.

PDA members wishing to attend the meeting should email [email protected] before close of business on Thursday 20 June confirming their full name and membership number.

Any resolution received for the National Executive Committee or a group of members in accordance with rule 15b) iv) will be circulated prior to the meeting. There will be a short open forum at the end of the formal business.

Agenda

To enact the following business in accordance with rule 15b):

1. Apologies
2. Minutes of previous General Meeting
3. To receive the report on the preceding year’s activities from the General Secretary
4. To receive and approve the Annual Report(s) and Annual Accounts for the previous year
5. To approve the appointment of Auditors & Assured Assessor (15b) iv
6. To discuss any resolution(s) received from the National Executive Committee in accordance with rule 15 b) v)
7. To discuss any resolution(s) received from membership in accordance with rule 15 b) v).

This will conclude the formal business.
