By a claim form dated 2 May 2018, the claimant brought claims of unfair dismissal and of age, sex and sexual orientation discrimination arising out of his employment with the Respondent as a Healthcare Assistant and Dispenser, which came to an end upon his dismissal for alleged gross misconduct on 6 December 2017.
The matter was case managed on 1 April 2019. During that preliminary hearing the issues were identified. The representatives subsequently agreed upon a list of issues, which appears in the document below. At the outset of the hearing, the parties confirmed that the agreed list of issues could be relied upon by the tribunal.
The Claimant’s claims that he was unfairly dismissed and of discrimination on the grounds of age, sex and sexual orientation failed and were dismissed.
