Being a mentee
This course will help PDA members to understand what they can expect as a mentee and how to get the best out of the relationship with their mentor. It will also help them to understand their learning style.
This course will launch with a live online event on Thursday 27 January at 7 pm and will then be open until Sunday 27 February. The course should take approximately 4 hours to complete.
Being a mentor
This course will look at the role of the mentor and help PDA members to assess their mentoring skills. Members will look at mentoring models and how to give constructive feedback. Members will also learn new techniques to help build and maintain a relationship with their mentee.
The course will launch with a live online event on Thursday 3 February at 7 pm and will then be open until Sunday 6 March. The course should take approximately 4 hours to complete.
