The science behind wellbeing workshop

The PDA is pleased to promote a wellbeing programme run by Pharmacist Support that is designed to help people manage stress and improve their mental health.

Pharmacist Support is running the online workshop, which is titled ‘The science behind wellbeing’, for PDA members.

Date: Wednesday 12 October

Time: 7 pm to 8.30 pm

Price: FREE

The course will cover what happens in the body and mind when stressed, practices that can help, and the science behind these practices. It will also look at self-care and wellbeing, relaxation and meditation, sleep, relationships, and more.

The workshop will be held via Microsoft Teams with the link being sent out the day before, on Tuesday 11 October.

Registration closes midday on 11 October.
