Well Data Breach Potential Claims Update

On 12 March we wrote to all our members to let them know about a data breach at Well Pharmacy and the options open to them. Over 1,000 people have contacted us with a view to being part of a group claim for compensation. We are currently collating information from those affected with a view to presenting this information to Well to initiate our discussions with them.

If you have already completed the survey form that was sent to you, thank you for taking the time to do this and providing us with the information required. You do not need to do anything further at this stage and we will write to you in due course with a full update when our discussions with Well are underway.

If you know you have been affected by the breach but haven’t yet told us yet, there’s still time to join the group action. Please CLICK HERE for further information about the Well data breach.
