The categories available for entry ranged from Innovation in Service Delivery in Community Pharmacy Independent, and Hospital Pharmacy Team of the Year, to the Student Leadership Award, which was sponsored by the PDA.

- Independent Community Pharmacy Practice of the Year Award – Jonathan Lloyd Jones, Sheppards Chemist, Aberdare
- Independent Community Pharmacist of the Year Award – Craig Hinks, New Inn Pharmacy, Pontypool
- Special Recognition Award – Mark Griffiths, Chair, Community Pharmacy Wales
Money was raised on the night for this year’s nominated charity, Welsh Hearts Charity, which works in partnership with The Welsh Ambulance Service to increase access to defibrillators, as well as offer free CPR training to communities all over Wales.
