As the national Covid vaccination programme gains pace, medicines experts and pharmacists on the frontline may see an increase in questions from the public about the various vaccines and their effects on the body.

The Anaphylaxis Campaign charity has compiled some essential resources for pharmacists to use during the Covid vaccination campaign and approached the PDA to request that we share the resources with the profession.

With the vaccination programme now underway, it is vital that we as professionals continue to do all that we can to ensure that patient safety is at the forefront of everything we do.

The charity also has free online Allergy Wise training for pharmacists which might be of interest to those about to embark on delivering the vaccination.
