    As the independent trade union for pre-registration pharmacists, the PDA will be representing the interests of the class of 2020 following a decision by the GPhC Council on Thursday to enable the provisional registration of “newly qualified” pharmacists from 1 July (Prov-Regs) 

  • Scottish Pharmacy Award winner has useful advice for new pharmacy students

    The 2019 Scottish Pharmacy Awards took place at the Crowne Plaza in Glasgow. Categories ranged from Student Leadership, and Hospital Pharmacy Team of the Year, to Management of Substance Misuse in the Community, and Community Pharmacy Practice of the Year.  

  • Northern Ireland Healthcare Award Winners Revealed

    The 21st Northern Ireland Healthcare Awards recently took place at Belfast’s Europa Hotel to pay tribute to a number of the sector’s notable trailblazers, and the positive impact they have forged for the benefit of their patients and peers. The PDA was delighted to once again sponsor the Student Leadership category of the awards.
