Guidance on whether a Responsible Pharmacist can be in charge of more than one set of premises

The Medicines (Pharmacies) (Responsible Pharmacist) Regulations 2008, make it clear that a responsible pharmacist cannot be in charge of more than one set premises at any one time.

The issue was discussed extensively during parliamentary debate and in this piece, we link the clear intent expressed during parliamentary debate with the specific wording in the subsequent legislation and the ensuing guidance issued by Government.
