The PDA launched the ‘It’s Time’ campaign during Stress Awareness Month in April 2022 as a way to examine and improve issues that impact members’ working lives and their health. To date, the campaign has heard from PDA member’s on thier experiences in the workplace and multiple factsheets have been released on stress, bullying, and keeping safe at work.
As part of the next steps of the campaign, the PDA has now launched an action plan that includes guidance for members on addressing work-related stress and a risk assessment request template that will help members in addressing and raising how stress in the workplace is having an effect on their health and wellbeing. The risk assessment request template aims to help members feel empowered to raise issues with their line manager.
