Joint Statement – Boots UK and PDA Union Joint Consultative Committee
On Wednesday 7 February 2024, Boots UK and the PDA held their Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) at Boots’ Nottingham Support Office. It was felt by both the PDA Union and Boots that it was a very positive and constructive meeting, which focused on collaborative working.
The JCC, which meets once a quarter, discusses important matters on a collective basis. It aims to provide each party with insightful updates and address questions and concerns. The JCC does not discuss matters relating to individuals and is not a negotiating forum.
The meeting was chaired by Mo Hassam, Director of Stores South-East, and was attended by the Regional and Divisional PDA Union Representatives, as well as representatives from the Boots senior leadership and HR teams.
