The half-day conference is being held at the ICC in Belfast and will be led by Una O’Farrell, Locum Pharmacist and PDA National Officer for NI. PDA Chairman, Mark Koziol, who is also the Secretary General of EPhEU, will also deliver a keynote speech on the day.
The conference is free to PDA student members and will be a great networking opportunity. Attendees will have the chance to meet some of the PDA Regional Committee Members and gain a deeper understanding of pharmacy roles and pharmacy practice in NI. There will also be the opportunity to ask questions and gain insight into how to secure a voice for all pharmacists in NI and lead change.
Northern Ireland Healthcare Awards 2022
The conference will take place in the afternoon of the Northern Ireland Healthcare Awards 2022. As part of their continued support to pharmacy students, each year the PDA sponsors the Student Leadership category in each of the Northern Ireland, Welsh and Scottish Pharmacy Awards.
