The PDA believes that everyone deserves to be respected, valued, and treated fairly at work. The PDA’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Networks work to advance and improve equality in the industry. One of the networks, the National Association of Women Pharmacists (NAWP), specifically focuses on issues of special relevance to female pharmacists.

Ayah Abbass, President of the PDA NAWP Network said, “It’s sad to say sexual harassment at work is still happening. Therefore, it’s very important to attend events like this to prevent and tackle this issue. We have the basic right to feel safe and comfortable at work.”

The PDA is a proud affiliate to both the STUC and ICTU and is encouraging members to register for the webinar.
