In February 2021, LloydsPharmacy and the PDA Union reached a recognition agreement for pharmacists. Pharmacists at LloydsPharmacy will in future be able to negotiate over certain terms and conditions and be consulted on matters which impact on their employment, through the PDA Union.

This is especially important at this time because the company have announced plans to make job losses and changes to employment contracts.
