He highlights why fair pay extends beyond salary alone and outlines the practical steps BAME workers can take if they believe race has influenced decisions affecting their pay.

• Pharmacists and allies unite at Manchester Pride 2026

  The PDA LGBT+ Network was proud to take part in Manchester Pride 2026, standing alongside thousands of people in celebration of diversity, inclusion, and equality. 

• Oluomachi Yvonne Okereke elected 51st President of the National Association of Women Pharmacists

  The National Association of Women Pharmacists (NAWP) is pleased to announce the results of its recent committee elections, with Oluomachi Yvonne Okereke elected unopposed as President.  

• PDA welcome improved rights and protections for victims of workplace sexual harassment

  Additional legislation has further improved protections in the event of sexual harassment in the workplace.
