24 hour Legal Advice Line

For members who wish to discuss legal issues.

24-HOUR LEGAL ADVICE

Members will usually seek legal advice in two main areas:

  1. Advice specific to pharmacy law or practice, where the advice of a generic legal adviser may not be the ideal solution. This is where specialist PDA lawyers, paralegals or pharmacist advisers are available.
  2. Advice of a more general nature: for example to do with motoring, landlord or general legal matters. Here, a panel of general lawyers who do not specialize in pharmacy are available to assist.

The pharmacy-specific advice will be provided by the PDA in two ways:

  • Call us on 0121 694 7017
  • E-mail us at advice@the-pda.org

The more general advice will be provided by legal advisers who are available on a 24-hour basis.

  • Call us on 0121 694 7017
  • E-mail us at advice@the-pda.org
