The Legal Defence Costs insurance will provide you with:

  In the event of an impasse between a pharmacist and their employer, the PDA will always try and initially mediate so as to try and reach a satisfactory conclusion.

  It is vital for pharmacists to get their own independent representation in the event of a tribunal involving an investigation into a death of a patient potentially caused by malpractice.
