How are you celebrating
World Pharmacists Day 2019?

Today marks World Pharmacists Day 2019 – a day where pharmacists are encouraged to organise activities that promote and advocate for the role of the pharmacist in improving health. The theme this year is “Safe and effective medicines for all,” according to the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP).

The theme aims to promote pharmacists’ crucial role in safeguarding patient safety through improving medicines use and reducing medication errors.

Have you supported the Safer Pharmacies Charter?
If you haven’t done so already, please use today as the perfect opportunity to sign our Safer Pharmacies Charter, which defines basic standards to ensure safe practice wherever pharmacists work.
